The PY32MD310 microcontroller is equipped with a high-performance 32-bit ARM Cortex-M0+ core with a maximum operating frequency of 48 MHz. Embedded with up to 64 Kbytes flash and 8 Kbytes SRAM memory, the chip integrates multiple communication interfaces, one I2C, 2 SPIs and 2 USARTs. There is also a 12-bit ADC, 5 16-bit timers, and 2 comparator peripherals. The PY32MD310 microcontroller uses a QFN32 package and has 16 general ports, all of which can be used as external interrupts.

The PY32MD310 microcontroller is designed for motor control and has a built-in multi-function three-phase PN half-bridge gate driver.
